Earnestly

Terms and privacy

Earnestly is an invite-only beta. This page says what we keep about you and your site, for how long, and how to have it removed. It is short on purpose; ask if anything is unclear.

What we store

  • Screenshots of the page you asked us to review, and what our browser saw on it, taken from the public address you gave us.
  • Your answers: the product name, purpose, audience, action, what you love about it, what you think is in the way, and the goal you asked us to judge against.
  • Your decisions: the reader cards you confirmed or edited, the marks and notes you make on a report, and your feedback answers.
  • Your email address, so we can sign you in and tell you when a report is ready.
  • The report itself, and the operator record of each run (what it cost us and how long it took). We never store a password.

What it is used for

To produce your review, to send you the report, to improve the reviews, and to learn what a review is worth to founders. Your page and your answers are sent to the model providers we use to produce the review and are not used to train anything of ours. We do not sell or share your data with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Ninety days after a review is ready, unless you ask us to remove it sooner. Reports you have saved to your own machine are yours to keep.

How to ask for deletion

Write to us from the address you signed in with and say which site or review you mean, or that you want everything gone. We remove it within seven days and confirm by reply. The address is maicol@superbydesign.io.

Terms

The review is our reading of your page and our best coaching, not a guarantee of any result. It is for you and your team; sharing it further is fine, quoting it as our endorsement is not. We may stop or change the beta at any time, and we will tell you when we do. Reviews run on our keys and our budget; if a run cannot finish we tell you and show nothing half-done.
